Terms & Conditions

This Master Client Agreement establishes the professional and energetic boundaries between Nexus Quantum Soul (“Practitioner”) and the Client for all forms of coaching, energetic support, soul-tech work, embodiment practices, and resonance-based sessions. This agreement ensures clarity, protection, and a sovereign working container.

Nexus Quantum Soul provides personal coaching, energetic work, embodiment sessions, intuitive guidance, resonance-based support, soul-tech processes, and in-person or virtual sessions. These services are non-medical and non-clinical and are not a substitute for professional medical or therapeutic care.

The Client agrees to show up honestly, communicate their needs, take responsibility for personal choices, seek medical or mental health support when needed, and understand that the Practitioner cannot act as a crisis resource.

The Practitioner agrees to hold a grounded, ethical, confidential space; provide guidance within their scope; maintain boundaries; and refer the Client to other professionals when appropriate.

All session content is confidential, except when the Client poses risk to themselves or others, or when disclosure is legally required.

Energetic and resonance-based modalities may involve emotional release, somatic sensations, heightened awareness, temporary fatigue, or shifts in perception. The Client remains sovereign and responsible for their own integration.

Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed. Missed sessions require 24-hour notice. Payment confirms commitment to the container.

Clients may reschedule with 24-hour notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiting the session.

No romantic or sexual relationship will occur. Physical touch requires explicit consent. Communication outside sessions remains appropriate and limited.

Recordings, if used, are private and may not be shared publicly. All methods, transmissions, and materials belong to Nexus Quantum Soul / Thalorion Holdings LLC.

The Client releases the Practitioner from liability for emotional, mental, or physical responses to the work. The Client understands they engage voluntarily and responsibly.

The Client affirms they participate by free will, remain sovereign, and understand the nature of energetic and coaching work.

Either party may terminate the relationship if boundaries are violated or the work is no longer aligned. Refunds for unused sessions are at the Practitioner’s discretion.

I understand that the work provided through Nexus Quantum Soul may include energetic facilitation, somatic awareness practices, intuitive guidance, resonance-based processes, field attunement, and soul-tech modalities. These approaches are spiritual and experiential in nature and are not medical, clinical, or therapeutic interventions.

I acknowledge that energetic or resonance-based work may involve temporary shifts such as:

• Emotional release
• Somatic movement or sensation
• Changes in perception or awareness
• Fatigue or increased sensitivity
• Heightened clarity or intensity
• Energetic recalibration

These are normal and vary for each individual.

I affirm that I remain sovereign, responsible, and in full agency throughout the work. Nothing in these sessions overrides my free will or personal boundaries. I understand I may pause, slow down, or decline any process at any time.

I acknowledge that the Practitioner is not providing medical treatment, mental health care, crisis intervention, diagnosis, prescriptions, or therapeutic services. I agree to seek appropriate professional support when necessary.

• Communicate honestly during sessions
• Disclose if I am feeling overwhelmed
• Request grounding or slowing as needed
• Take responsibility for post-session integration

I voluntarily assume all responsibility for my emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual responses to this work. I release the Practitioner and Nexus Quantum Soul / Thalorion Holdings LLC from liability for any perceived or actual effects arising from participation in energetic, somatic, intuitive, or resonance-based modalities.

By booking and participating, I acknowledge that I understand the nature of the work, participate willingly, maintain full sovereignty and self-responsibility, and consent to energetic, somatic, intuitive, and resonance-based modalities.

By booking, you confirm your understanding of the financial commitment associated with working within the Nexus Quantum Soul field. You understand and agree that:

• The specific service, container, or package has been clearly communicated by the Practitioner.
• The financial investment (paid-in-full, plan, or recurring structure) has been shared in advance.
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling; late cancellations/no-shows may forfeit the session.
• If on a payment plan, you agree to honor all payment dates and amounts.
• Missed or delayed payments may pause sessions until payment is current.
• You agree to address concerns directly before initiating chargebacks or disputes.

All methods, transmissions, frameworks, recordings, and materials remain the intellectual property of Nexus Quantum Soul / Thalorion Holdings LLC and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without written permission.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Thalorion Holdings LLC is registered, unless otherwise required by law.

By booking a session, completing payment, or participating in any Nexus Quantum Soul offering, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
